before i was disgnose. i brought soft drinks for my son. my wife was always saying that i ve got diabetes not my son. he could have those sugary drinks.
now, i told my wife to make a big pot of chinese tea( no sugar). everyday, if my son wants drinks. he could have those tea.
recently i met a friend, he told me his idea of sudary drinks. in his opinion, it better to give the kids ice cream than soft drinks. becos he can finish a cup of soft drinks faster than a cup of ice cream.
i dont know how much sugar are there in ice cream as compare to sugary drinks but i know if a family share a scoop of ice cream, satisfactory is higher than having sugary drinks. i used to buy a scoop of ice cream each to satisfy everyone. but now i buy one to share among us. the satisfaction is there dispute we ate less.
