Hot Weather

It seems as if I was the only one who suffered higher test readings in that hot weather a few weeks ago. My diabetic nurse asked me to test myself more regularly and the findings were that in the hot days my readings were 10 and over at times with no change in my medication or diet etc.

Now that the weather has cooled I'm back down to ranges of 4.5 - to 6.8, so it would appear that I am intolerant to the heat.

As I sit in the office in the winter with just a blouse (other clothes as well) the others are all hugging the radiators and dressed up for the Artic, they can't make me out.

I am still taking Metmorfin 2 - twice per day, Glicalzide 1/2 twice per day and have not lost 1.5 stones since January using Byetta.

Thanks Dennis for all your support and help on this site.

On holiday next week so will be out and about walking our two corgis etc.

have a good bank holiday weekend.
