Probably a silly question and I've missed something.... the recipes on the site state how many it serves and also the carb content.... is this carbs per serving or total recipe? Sorry but I'm still New to this so it's not so obvious to me! TIA.
 
I think you will find it says per serving. I usually check it anyway particularly when adding extra veg

If you were to provide a link to an example recipe, we could probably be a bit more definite.
 
Sorry I'm not sure how to pick a link up but for example in the Lunch heading chicken soup.
