Is there a relation to high levels and ingesting cannabis (weed) via rolled form or any other, I have aate who was a heroin addict most of his life and was diagnosed a while back and he likes to have a joint when he is done for the day to unwind he said his levels are quite high, maybe coincidence maybe just not mastered bolus idk but I offered to try find info

I'd expect his high numbers have more to do with insulin dosing than with weed. Unless the weed gives him the munchies and he doesn't dose for this.

Are they quite high in general or does he see a sudden rise after smoking?
And if he sees the rise after smoking, is there also a pattern to when he last ate? Like, does he always take his smoke after his main meal or such?

You know he never said whether the high was right after a smoke or food but I did say he has to bolus after food but should already know this thanks

Most people need to bolus before food to prevent spikes, not after.
