Librarising is correct, you have a right to see your test results. My GP prints them out for me in his own office so that we can discuss them together. I also get copies of all the letters about me from consultants - in fact, one consultant writes to me with the results and copies it to the surgery, which pleases me greatly. That's the way it should be done, IMO.
Don't let them try to charge you for it, either. If they ask for money, ask them to justify it. They are part of your medical records - and they get money for having you as a patient, plus more for you being registered diabetic.
