Weekly average

According to my trust BG meter, my average for readings this week is 7mmol/l. I know that's not amazing, but considering I haven't gone below 4.2 or above 9.9 I'm feeling pretty chuffed with myself!

I was high a lot for the fortnight before this with a holiday/slight slowing of honeymoon period so I'm glad my new ratios have got me back on track

So yeah, go me!

Well done :clap: My last week average was 6.9 so quite similar

I just pulled out a pre bed 2.6 though without a single warning. I ALWAYS get warnings, usually around 3.5!
