hi I have a weekly average of 7.2 is this ok or should it be lower Im type 2

ideally it should be below 7, so you almost there.
I am a great advocate of following a low carb diet, it has worked well for me in loosing weight and also lowering Blood Sugar, you may want to try it for a week or 2

Target something below 6.5. I think 7.1 is little bit higher. Diet and exercise are the keys.

Last week mine was 9.2 the very first time lower than 10 or 20 etc which it has been since Oct 2013.
