Need advice since been on insulin I’ve put weight back on I’d lost now don’t seem to be able to shift it had trouble trying to get in to see nurse she’s been off I’ll nobody else to see had to wait nearly 2 months to get my foot check not very helpful at doctors don’t know what to do
