Hi Karinya
Firstly welcome to the forum
Sorry to hear that you have a lot of stress and stains to deal with above those of normal daily life…
You asked about what happens if you drop some of your medication, we aren’t actually medically qualified to advise of this, nor are we privy to you and your medical records.. so this part needs to be discussed with your doctor… However we can give you our experience with how different diets we’ve used worked for us and support…
I would look around the forum, and take a look at some of the options available, in your case with what details you’ve given us, I would start with the G.I diet options as this isn’t such a lifestyle change as it would be if you went straight for the extreme low carb diet, If you look out for posts by a member called Tubolard, and catherchurub, these two amongst others have had really fantastic results from using the G.I diet approach.. I know that Tubolard has lost a very large amount of weight impressive amount, and due to this has had there medication reduced to match the better results they’ve achieved
You can adapt the G.I diet approach and incorporate some of the Low carbing methods and meals and do a compilation of both so that you find a diet that suits and works for you… This will hopefully lead you to achieve your goals…
