Not sure where to start this as the non low carb section seems to have gone but I'm going to start a blog of my progress as I try and put the weight I lost after being diagnosed with type-1. I don't want it to control my life I want to control it around my life, I'm currently sitting at 9 stone 9 lbs at 5ft 6in. My goal is to get back up to around 11 stone, I'm using myfitnesspal app to log down my daily diet. I've split the 315 carbs into 4 meals which my app is telling me I need to grow, I'm aware of my injections overlapping so I'm spreading my meals times between 3 1/2 - 4 hour gaps. I'll be writing how my blood sugar levels are affected and how my progress is going in and out of the gym. It's going to be a long hard road but I'm up for the challenge
