Hi There
I am just celebrating my 3 stone loss since dieting in Nov 2011!. Since the weight loss I feel so much better, my HBA1C has been quoted by the doc 'non diabetic result'. My skin, hair is healthier, my gums bleed less when I brush my teeth and my eye floaters seem to be improving. I am a firm beliver that when I achieve my actual BMI I could quite possibly become non diabetic or at least manage it without drugs. Has anyone else had a successful experience of reducing thier sugar levels/and minimizing diabetic related conditions through weight loss? I am a type 2 and was obese when diagnosed so clearly linked to my weight gain. I would be interested to hear others thoughts and experiences.
Thanks
