Hey anyone got any tricks for gaining weight as I have to be on a very low carb diet! Finding it hard to gain weight without adding carbs.

Hi. If you are a T1.5 on insulin then you don't have to have low-carb diet? It's only if you gain weight when on insulin that the carbs need to be reduced. I wonder whether you need to tweak your insulin to control BS rather than go low-carb? Are you on Basal/Bolus (essential really for any T1) and doing carb-counting
