Type 2 Weight Loss

I have been loss quite a lot of weight for the pass 4 months, from 66kg to 59kg. Is it normal? I admit that I eat pretty less fats and carbs and with the exercise, I checked for ketones, apparently it have traces of it but not moderate/high. Am I doing the right way?
 
Can you give us a better, more thorough idea of what you're eating (an example daily menu), how much exercise you're doing & perhaps share your BMI? Would also help to know if you're Type 1 or Type 2.
