Hi guys I am a type 1 I do weights 4-5 times a weeks and my bloods are well controlled.i have noticed pins and needles occurring lately any advice/help is welcome

pressure on your spine maybe. Got any niggles in your back?

Have you noticed what it is you are doing when it happens. Do you use straps during 'lifting'...are you restricting your circulation with your clothing? Where in your body do you get the pins and needles? Have you changed your lifting weights heavier than it is usual? Have you started doing different 'machines' that might press your body's circulation. There is so many reasons why it might happen and many of them nothing to do with diabetes.
Sometimes it can be something really simple that you just haven't thought of yourself.
Do you test your levels during work out?

Cheers guys Ya have a bit of a niggle in my lower back alright and Ya lifting a little heavier and constantly checking blood sugars
