We recently joined our local gym in Worthing and I was quite surprised by the number of slightly older women there doing weights along side the (as my trainer described them) 'roid boys. It makes for a very nice atmosphere.I wonder if I should do some specific muscle building exercise - however I'm in my 60s and wonder if that ship has sailed!
If you visited a good gym they would take everything into consideration.Also have mild osteoarthritis and one hip complains if I do too much impact type activities. For example, I have a rebounder but find it causes hip pain.
