I piled the weight on over the Christmas and my BG readings started climbing so i decided on a strict low carb food regime and started walking on a regular basis. Last monday i weighed myself in order to track progress, this week i weighed exactly the same, i'm wondering if all the walking over the last week (approximately 15 miles) has built up muscle. Are there any experts out there who can help.
