Hey guys has any one experience a weird feeling in their lower legs I can't explain the best way I can is I feel like I could stretch my legs over the moon lol it feels weird I'm always stretch it and it feels abit better

Can't say I've experienced this. My only symptom is freezing cold feet which is gradually creeping up my lower legs, not painful as such but uncomfortable. Does your weird feeling cause you pain?

Morning @ShyLily . You describe very well what I have as Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS.)
For me, it only happens in the evening, with only very occasionally in bed. But I agree that it is a most strange feeling. Some people believe iron supplementation benefits, but I decided not to try it. I find it a waxing waning condition. The Dr has a few potent pills that might help.

No pain just discomfort but once I start doing things during the day I don't notice it only when lying down ect or sitting

I used to get it all the time. Then I stopped nightshade veggies ( very inflammatory) and I now only get it when I eat tomatoes and sometimes spicy pepper foods. Some days it's just worth it!!
