My daughter was even younger when she helped save her daddy
He had a severere hypo in a supermarket and went into convulsions. She told the manager what the problem was( having been drilled by Mummy) She asked for sweeties. The staff misunderstood, took her away from daddy and gave the sweeties to her. Still they called the ambulance and me. he remembered the number. Daddy lived to be silly. He still is.
I have an epileptic friend whose children have known how to get help since they were tiny too.

They don't look to the consequences and so aren't too scared. If you teach them well.
