Totally worth it.
Had SIX roast potatoes with lamb and brussel sprouts and 4 units of novorapid. Christmas day is the only day I eat potatoes and they were beyond good. Prepared for cravings tomorrow but will resist. BG before meal 5.8, 2 hours after 7.8 and dropping thereafter.
On the red now, so numbers should continue to drop.
Roll on next Christmas
