What 3 courses would be the best to choose?

Anniversary tomorrow so we are going to a place near Brecon. Dinner is included in the price.

What three courses would you say were the 'best' options to choose.

I know there are probably going to be carbs in many of them but, hey, it is my anniversary!

Would welcome your opinions and advice. I am definitely going to have red wine to wash it down anyway!

I like the sound of ham haddie for starters, a steak or chicken supreme for the main course (hold the potatoes and replace with extra veggies) and the cheese, minus the biscuits, to follow. No worries about the red wine either.
