What apps do you use for diabetes management?

Hi everyone,
Could you recommend any good apps for diabetes management?
I'm looking for apps that help with carb counting, meal planning, and ideally can link to CGM data.
Right now, I'm just using the 'Notes' section in my Libre app, but I think there are more convenient options out there.
