What are nut balls

I have seen these mentioned in a few posts, sound pretty self explanatory but just wondered how they are made?

Zipped mouth ... going to scrub mouth out with soap before l can put on screen what my brain wants me to say ....
 
Energy balls low carb with made with nuts coconut oils almond and or coconut flours flours, cocoa powder cream basically any low carb good stuff and nuts .......you have no idea what that polite answer cost me my mouth is as full of soap as my brain is of smut
