What are the best choices?

A work colleague is retiring and has chosen for the team to go to Aagrah (Indian chain of restaurants). Has anyone got any suggestions what would be a good choice to have to eat. I can 'share' rice with.someone, neither of us are that keen on rice anyway, or if not I could omit it (would make the meal cheaper!)

Would love to hear peoples ideas

I eat in an Indian restaurant once a week but it's a local one not a chain. I tend to have grilled chicken with a warm salad or a paneer dish. I rarely have rice but if I do I will have a small amount from my friend's portion. I like any of the flat breads but , again, I can only have a small amount. Instead of a pudding I have a cappuccino . The main focus for me is I'm having an evening out with friends and the food is secondary.

Have a good evening!

Thanks. I'm not sure what makes my bg spike in regard th Indian food, usually ok even using a jar at home., just not sure when eating out.

I usually have chiken korma with chicken tikka starter and onion bhaji. Sometimes I have mushroom or cauliflower bhaji. I find the fat helps slow down any carbs(im a very low carber) and I can get away with 1 or 2 poppadoms.

Getting some good advice and ideas here. Thanks
