@hichamgsm just go and see a doctor. They will order tests to diagnose you with diabetes. You can't diagnose yourself and you can't commence treatment without a diagnosis and a prescription, overseen by medical supervision.
Do you have any medical knowledge, are you a doctor? Even practicing doctors don't treat their own illnesses as they know they are too close to the subject and might miss something or make a mistake.
