What are your blood sugar levels like throughout the day?

I'm type 1, 25 years old and been diabetic since I was 8. During my teens and early 20s I had no control then very relaxed control of blood sugars.

Recently I got diagnosed with maclopathy that caused a hemorrhage and I'm under treatment with eye injections .

I have rely trying to get on top of my control but every time I do it lasts about a week or two then with no change in diet etc..my levels will creep up or drop.

At my last appointment with diabetic team they said my blood sugars are best they been in years but about a week later I'm getting a hypo after every meal. I dropped my long acting insulin which seems to do what it likes too, sometimes I wake up low, high or on occasion a good level.

I'm getting really stressed cause I been worried about going blind for years but the harder i try to control over sugars they either just bounce or spike .

If you are getting stressed I'd go back to your medical team and say so. Have they yet suggested that you use a pump to keep tighter control? (Sorry, I know nothing about such things as a type 2, but a Type 1 friend mentioned that things had improved for her once she changed to a pump)
