what benefits does green tea have?

Hi all

I brought myself some of that new tea they have advertised on T.V Tetley best of both (Original tea & Green tea) it tastes really nice , I know green tea is supposed to have some good health benefits was just wondering if this best of both tea would give the same benefits.

Both types of tea are supposedly good for us anyway so it won't do you any harm, I only drink pure Chinese green tea from the health food shops (Holland & Barrett) but do also enjoy a traditional cup of tea with my breakfast, lunch and evening meal :)
