Hi @Angelloubjr33 - There are quite a number of granola recipes online. I've just asked DrGoogle for some recipes, and returned these: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=low+carb+granola+recipe&oq=low+carb+granola+&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l5.11891j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 I haven't personally made any of these, as I never ate cereal anyway, but in terms of the sites there, I'm a fan (generally) of most of these site owners, and most are living reduced carb lives. Jamie Oliver's low carb rercipes can still contain quite a lot of carbs, but as you are testing your bloods, you can eat to your meter. If th number is too high, try a bit less, or try something else. I seem to recall @Brunneria commenting somewhere that she had bought some LC granola, but I also seem to recall it to be quite pricey for an every day brerkkers. I'm surer she'll drop by some time and pass comment, and probably correct my memory! Good luck with it all.
