I found this paper about the efficacy of different diets. I'm pretty convinced that it is relevant to us here.

Yes it looks interesting, I went to the full pdf and printed it off for reading later - never have managed to study documents on-screen - but I keep planting trees and things to appease my concience :wink:

Yes there are many excellent papers on that site if you can ever find time to actually read them <glares> I need to employ someone to read them for me
