RE: breakfast.
Do you eat eggs or cheese? If so, there are all the omelette, boiled/ scrambled egg options and we often have cheese with pumpernickel and salad. Then a popular choice on this forum is plain full fat Greek yoghurt with a few berries. But if you are strictly veggie, what about mushrooms. I often fry up, in butter (or olive oil) with tomatoes and tofu. Why not have some sort of lentil dish (e.g. a daal) , or something chick pea based. Half the world breakfasts in this sort of way, it's only the West which thinks the only possible start to the day is cardboard style cereals, soaked in milk!
