you may need to be on 30g...depends on whether you are losing weight, if you need to, on 50g...some insulin resistant people wont lose weight at that carb level.
also your BG..if that.s ok on 50g
Hi all - just back from seeing the Dietician and it went really well. She just 'suggested' that I up the carbs a tad to 40g & to perhaps add in some beans & fruit. She was very supportive and interested in my 'Eat fat' book too!
