what does sulodexide/vessel due f do?

as thr title says what does this medicine do to a person with diabetes? I'm drinking this medicine as my doctor prescribed but i stopped drinking it because i notice that my blood sugar goes normal in thr morning when i woke up

A quick google tells me it’s heparin. Have you had a blood clot? Are you at high risk of one?
It may be worth discussing all medication with the doctor before you start taking them and you could read the patient information leaflet too which will tell you what it’s for, how to take it, when not to take it, contraindications and warnings.
