Go to the forum " What Have You eaten today" some of us put our meals on there and you can see there are a lot of choices of food. Not forgetting we are all a bit sometimes when it comes to what we can and can not tolerate in terms of BG levels. The best thing is to try some of these foods out then test 2 hrs after eating and see what your BG readings are. good luck. Please keep us all updated.
