What happens if you dont eat and dont take insulin.

So what would happen if you were only to eat very little, take no insulin but still have a normal blood glucose level throughout the day. It happened to me once, once i recall i only ate a boiled egg in the morning and a salad with egg and cheese for dinner, i decided not to take any insulin and my BG was normal throughout the day.

Im type 1 diabetic so i produce no insulin anyways, but would you die if you kept going on like that? just curious thanks
