I have been watching what i eat today i had weetabix for breakfast 1 sausage , 4 slices bacon two eggs scrambled and a yoghurt"light" a couple hours later my b s dropped to 2.6 i was terrified what did i do wrong.

I've never had a hypo but i imagine it feels bloody awful and frightening!!!

Riodad... your profile says you are type II insulin managed... can I ask was this breakfast much lower in carbohydrate than usual? and if so did you adjust down the amount of Novorapid you injected to cover it?
A rapid insulin like Novorapid will cover a certain amount of carbohydrate per unit you inject... this is known as your insulin ratio.. If you decrease the amount of carbohydrate that you eat then you will also need to decrease the amount of Novorapid that you inject.
