I’m making one loaf a week that we are really enjoying and very similar ingredients to above except I add an egg and use butter not olive oil. But am experimenting and going to try Oo rather than butter next time and possibly leave out egg. Think cost of home bake may be more but you get the aroma baking and enjoy it rising in the background. I can’t imagine now not having bread so will continue baking and try this version too as a back up.</p></blockquote><p></p>
