Hi all, hope all doing well I’ve had a horrible throat thing for about a week but think I have finally beaten it into submission with salt water gargling and ibuprofen. Trying to get ready for Christmas, we are off to Strasbourg next week and then we are dog sitting for a week as soon as we get back so wanted to get organised. Have decided I really don’t like artificial sweeteners and erythritol definitely makes me feel a bit off so not going to bother trying to recreate xmas treats like last year. Will hopefully stay on the straight and narrow, cheese will help:) Another vote here for Dishoom, love their food. Our nearest one is London, probably just as well as it would be too tempting. I have got their cookbook which is an interesting read but the recipes are a bit faffy. Great to get a win over an energy company @maglil55 bet that has made your week. That’s impressive wrapping of the swan @Antje77 hope your cleaner enjoys her surprise!
