Breakfast was some of the hm lc granola bars I made. They are too moreish, and seem to be causing digestive issues so I will eat thr last of them tomorrow and not make them again. Session 2 of my Taking Control of predabetes course. Did very well to keep my mouth shut as entirely on the Eatwell plate. Got really irate when she was telling an 85 year old woman to not have ham in her sandwiches! And encouraging everyone to have 30g dried fruits everyday Did a bit of clothes shopping after and, true to form for me, becuase I'd been told NOT to eat cakes etc I bought a mini millionaire bar. Luckily it was so sweet I threw half of it away. Wish I knew why I did this? (Eat what I'm told not to)? Mid afternoon, back home, some cold steak and olives D: more cold steak (aka lovely cold roast beef) and olives. 6 dark chocolate almonds and the last glass of Prosecco. Off on travels tomorrow. Fridge now truly empty and nuts and snacks for the journey packed. Google says 6 hours eek! And I have to go for my annual bloods first. Dreading the ldl and hba1c
