Hi all Very hungry today and haven’t stopped eating. All low carb, but up to 36g, which is about double my usual. Mid-morning snack/late breakfast - 25g almonds, 25g mixed nuts. Lunch - nuts didn’t hit the spot. M&S to the rescue with prosciutto and cheese rollitos, followed by a bag of pork crunch and a peperami. Dinner - chicken leg seasoned with garlic salt and buttered cauliflower and cabbage followed by 2 Hotel Chocolat 100% buttons. Oh, and then there was the entire bar of Tesco 85% chocolate. I managed to avoid buying the Coop equivalent when I went in to buy the pork crunch, but succumbed later on in Tesco! Amazingly BG has not gone above 6.1 and was at 5.5 post dinner. May well be high in the morning. Challenging couple of days coming as traveling for work tomorrow afternoon returning Wednesday night, with a crazy schedule on Wednesday.
