Dessert number 2 was half a portion of flourless chocolate lime cake, with a blob of cream. Very unexpectedly the zucchini cake is my favourite of the two. Pork belly was the best I’ve managed yet: managed to get crispy skin without over cooking the rest.</p><p></p><p>Remainder of both cakes to work tomorrow for colleagues.</p></blockquote><p></p>
