Strawberries and extra thick cream with pumpkin and sunflower seeds</p><p>Dinner - Home made tomato soup (thanks Tom Kerridge) and h/m flaxseed roll with more butter</p><p>Snacks - TBA but will probably feature a l/c ginger biscuit somewhere along the line.</p><p></p><p>Trying to factor more fat into my diet.
