Half an avocado.</p><p></p><p>Lunch: Nothing, only another cup of double espresso with cream and erythritol.</p><p></p><p>Early afternoon snack: A wiener sausage and a mini-piece of low-carb cheesecake.</p><p></p><p>Supper: Lamb's lettuce with Caesar's dressing and parmesan. Four small lamb chops, a tiny bit of lupin-hummus and a small DD keto roll (fresh from the oven) with butter. No wine today, just water.</p></blockquote><p></p>
