From 1pm Wednesday to 1pm today i have had just water and black coffee 1.30 pm - cappuccino (6.6g)carbs 6.00pm - walked in from work and just had to have a piece of hotel chocolat 70% chocolate Thought I’d then celebrate my fast by trying my new recipe of the week https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/low-carb-beef-stroganoff Oh how I wish I’d just cooked myself a huge steak!
