Coated some cod loin in the Parmesan and pork crunch topping I usually use with chicken wings. However it caught in the frying pan and ended up a little on the burnt side. Mostly edible but nothing more. Think I’ll bake it next time. Dessert was extra thick Jersey cream mixed with almond butter.</p><p></p><p>On the plus side managed a long canal/river/park walk home from work - my shorts got their first outing of the year.
