@DJC3 - Iceland have got some very good shellfish dishes which make an excellent fishy pasta with oomi noodles. Wild shrimp in a tomato and chilli sauce and their Frutti de mare in a tomato and herb sauce are really good. Christmas time when they get their luxury range in there are bargains to be had - mmm lobster. I think it a case of I go looking for things your regular Iceland shopper wouldn't be interested in. They do a few of these seafood mixes but some are more carby. Anyway, today. Bed 6.2 FBG 6. I'm actually starting to feel a bit more human. Had a go at tidying up a bit but only lasted 30 mins then had to rest as the boys had swimming lessons. B. Wasn't 100% so usual TAG with ADOC and I gave the Tesco high protein bread toasted another go but with pate. No ill effects today so it must have been the lurgy yesterday. L. Was at swimming but was really hungry when I came back so made some salami crisps in the micro. I'd forgotten how addictive they were. It was late on so had them with a campari and soda. D. Rib eye with veggie chips , 4 asparagus, mushrooms, 4 cherry tomatoes and a fried egg. First time in days I've not felt exhausted in the evening.
