Just posting about fish. When I eat fish or seafood I ger better BG results. When I holiday in Cornwall it proves the point. My problem eating fish at home is that none of the supermarket fresh fish is fresh enough for me. There is a fish merchant that sets up his stall near where I live twice a week with freshly caught fish but it is sooo expensive I just couldnt live on fish exclusively, even weekly. Their calibre was validated by meeting the late Antonio Carluccio queueing not long before his demise. He bought freh salmon to do do gravad lax and Dover Sole. We exchanged a few words. I dont dislike meat and love a steak but if I eat meat red or otherwise every day then I struggle with my bloods. So I have a 3 egg omelette (spinach or fried mushroom) or roated aubergine, tomato and small red onion drizzled in olive oil with Italian dried herbs on top 2 or 3 days a week. Just my experience and my body reaction.
