My son wants to do some work on the utility room (aka back porch) so I have to empty the freezer. This morning I fried a couple of slices of my chicken sausage and had 2 fried eggs with that. (Tea, of course, both before breakfast and after, so that I could take some of my obligatory pills). Lunch was just a handful of peanuts - about 25-30 grams, so about 3 grams carbohydrate and some more tea. All together I have to drink about 8 mugs of fluids to keep the hydration up (and the blood pressure). Dinner will be some defrosted pork and vegetable stew. Might fry the last of the aubergine with that to provide some sort of a base. The next few days will probably be very meat heavy - to use up all those portions of stew. Surprised to find I have already used all my packs of vegetable stews. Just have to make them fresh meantime.
