Some lc choc granola and yoghurt afterwards. </p><p>Dinner was an IP beef stew as it was so wet and grotty out today. 1 glass red and a couple of lc crackers with Yarg. </p><p>[USER=461597]@PenguinMum[/USER] I quite like those cold infuse teabags too. I struggle to drink enough water and they make it easier. I also like a slice of orange in water - 1 orange lasts all week.</p></blockquote><p></p>
