cant remember if i posted yesterday today 31-07-19 breakfast, tea and last of the nut granola, not really hungry so that was it, until about 11am when had pain au raisin and coffee. Pretty sure Pain au raisin is on the Banned List, didnt check BG. lunch avocado, tomato and goats cheese salad, few slices of cucumber, water to drink three plain galettes, and tea dinner , cabbage and peas, few new potato slices, chicken livers and gravy. delicious chicken livers, they were pre cooked in duck fat and chilled, just needed warming through. Pack has enough for three normal people, or myself and MrSlim but he is uncomfortable today, So I restrained myself and saved some for breakfast, eggs fried in duckfat, should be delicious. Two glasses of Cabernet Anjou rose Guesstimated Cals and Carbs, had ice cream 13g carbs and berries 8g carbs to make up the deficit. Two small pieces of Comté cheese at bedtime, along with my tea. Am trying to keep up the calories. Work on the house continues, today have got newly installed kitchen sink, with both HOT and Cold water. Ofc the cooker and fridge are still in "old" kitchen, and "new" kitchen has no lights, but its a major step in the right direction. Son2 arrives late tomorrow, intends to help, so progress should be faster. Daughter and family arriving on the 10th august. need to have it sorted by then. Anyone know how to fit 8 people: two couples, one single male, two children and a baby into two small bedrooms and a motorhome?
