[QUOTE="maglil55, post: 2105821, member: 52911"] Bed 5.3 FBG 5.4 (although I got what I thought was a surge to 10.4 with a vertical arrow! Turns out it was a rogue reading. Libre hasn't fully settled yet). Sitting quietly working on my legs. All this walking is starting to take it's toll but they've held up well. I have my portable flowtron boots so they're working on the puffiness as I type. We headed into Chester in the morning yesterday as that was when I was on my Libre replacement mission. Hubby was horrified at the cost but he doesn't really pay attention to these things. Met SIL & BIL on our travels who were on the hunt for a barber. Returned to hotel to pick up meds and a quick rest before heading into Liverpool with SIL & BIL to meet friends. Finally getting the hang of these Arriva Mobile tickets and the bus routes. B. At hotel. 2 GF sausages, 1 rasher back bacon, 1 fried egg, 1 slice black pudding, mushrooms, pot of black coffee and my slice of GF toast which arrives automatically with my little pot of cream. L. Americano in Costa with a little pot of cream and a bottle of water. D. In Liverpool having taken the train in earlier and met up with friends. Had the best Indian meal I've had in a long time. Yukti Indian Fusion Street Food. The rest had all the usual starters - I had a spicy squid. A Lamb and spinach curry and I had a side of spicy cauliflower, peas and tomato with chilli - yet more wine! Walked back in the direction of Liverpool Central but stopped at a lovely small bar run by the sister of one of the couples we were with. Had to have an Irish Coffee. Got back to Chester and the hotel about midnight so been having a lazy morning which was just interrupted with the fire alarm (turned out to be a steamy shower). Ah well heading out soon anyway.
