The last few days since I came back have been pretty much OMAD and I've already dropped 3 of these 5lbs. That I reckon is down to 1) not having breakfast every day 2) not drinking alcohol everyday 3) confusing the body with one meal and 4) probably stress with the ceiling collapse etc,</p></blockquote><p></p>
